Emperor Duck is ok but the Char Siew is the best I ever had. 5, Jalan Permas 10/5, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, 81750 Masai, Johor, Malaysia

After causeway drives towards EDL then to JB East Coast Highway. It takes about 12mins
to reach Permas Jaya.
